My Blackburn Air Tower floor pump is wheezing when used.

The wheezing starts around the delivery of 40psi, stops at about 70psi, no real interference with filling tires but it's darned annoying. Any ideas on taking the thing apart? Sounds like an o-ring or plunger seal issue that reseals at higher pressures but I have no idea if the thing is servicable at the end user level.

I'll order a Silca next time but being frugal, would rather repair than replace if at all possible

I called Blackburn in Rantoul, they're going to replace it under lifetime warranty. I can't complain about that, for sure.
