New Reports On My Gear Problem

i took some links out and that seemed to solve the problem until now!!! i had another look at the deraileur and it all seemed fine until i noticed that some of the teeth are BENT!!! how could this of happened??? is it serious???

Please give me some advice!!!!!

Really....That might be true of uniglide cog teeth,but not hyperglide or even all index freewheel teeth.
