adjusting front derailleur

My front derailleur on my raleigh m80 mtn bike will not adjust properly. It shifts fine, but the chain rubs on the outside bar of the derailleur in the largest two sprockets. How would I adjust this? my setup is lx rear, deore front, truative crank.
thanks in advance.

You might want to try the Park Tool website. If you're not confident of what you're doing my recommendation is to completely disconnect your shift cable and start at the very beginning just as if you were installing the front derailleur for the first time. Every adjustment that you make to a front derailleur affects the subsequent adjustments so the sequence is important and, if it's screwed up at the very start, you might never get it right if you don't start at the beginning.
