This sounds stupid, but I'm unable to find the bolt that tighten the shifter clamp. Where is it?
For shimano, it is hidden beneath the hood.

Where to put the derailleur cable? If this was an IQ test, I failed.

If you know of a website or you can describe it in text, please share. thank you.

Try pulling the brake lever and peeking inside with a flashlight.

derailleur cable: on the side

Go to the Campy web site (www.campagnolo.com) and under "tech info" they have .pfd files of all of their instruction manuals. Go to the proper Ergo instructions. You will have to scroll down on the file to find the English instructions but everything you need is there.
