Dura Ace unwanted autoshifting

When I really crank hard (climbing or standing) my Shimano Dura Ace rear deraileur shifts up (ie, to a smaller cog/higher gear ratio). Any suggestions/adjustments for this? Thanks

Your fix sounds easier than anything I was considering. Will give that a try. Thanks, Dave
