Q-factor & axle length

A few years back, I changed from a Dura-Ace 7400 crankset to a Centaur crankset.

Since then, even after changing pedals, shoes, riding position and cleat adjustment, I feel pain on the inside of the knees.

I have been told the this may be caused by the Centaur crank bigger Q-factor.

I have 2 questions:

- Is there a list somewhere showing Q-factors?
- Could I replace my Centaur 111mm BB with a Phil Wood 105mm Campy compatible BB?

Thanks guys
