Portable and home toolkit?

What do you recommend for a toolkit that can go with you on a bicycle trip?
What do you recommend for a toolkit you leave at home for maintenance?

For the road, a mini tool, chain tool, tire levers, and a pump with CO2.

At home: 15mm wrench, 3 way allen wrench (4,5,6 mm), headset wrench (32 and 36mm), double ended 5 and 6 mm Allen wrench, 14mm wrench, diagonal cutters, needle nose pliers, floor pump, chain whip, and a cassette lock ring tool.
