Build help needed... RD ain't movin'

Ok, my first build is complete EXCEPT... for some reason, the RD just won't move in either direction. It is on the hanger correctly... cable is fed properly (I can feel the cable tension change every so slightly when I click the shifter). It's a full Ultegra 10spd group. Any ideas?

Frame is a cervelo soloist team (cables fed through the frame). FD is shifter smoothly.

The faster I get this going the faster pics will be posted!!

Any help is greatly appreciated... In the meantime, I'm going to pull the cable and re-route it to see if that changes anything. It seems to be seated in the shifter corretly, but I'm wondering if that is the cause.

Let's see... will the derailer move back and forth if you push on the body with your hand? And if so, when you do that, does the tension at the other end of the cable change? Those should be the first couple of things to check. Also, what kind of shifters are these?

aha!... I figured it out... when I installed the cable I didn't have the shifter (ultegra sti) set to the right spot... the RD is now fully functional! Pics coming soon to a Road Bike forum near you!
