What size spacer?

I'm moving my 12-27 Ultegra cassette from my Shimano R540's to a Mavic Ksyrium Equipe. When I put the cassette on the freehub, there is some play in the cassette and it can jiggle around a bit. What size spacer should I put on and where exactly does it go? Thanks!

Brandon

depends on how much it jiggles. Probably a 0.5mm spacer, on the inboard side of the largest sprocket.

If this is a nine speed cassette you need the Mavic spacer that comes with the wheel set. If it is a ten speed cassette you need the Mavic spacer and the Shimano spacer that comes with the cassette.

Go to a LBS that stocks Mavic wheels. They should have a complete shop repair kit.
