Specialized Tri Cross Comp - Bottom Bracket Options?

The stock bottom bracket on my '06 Tri Cross Comp is now scrap metal, and I need advice especially about size on what I should replace it with. The bike's still in the shop, or else I'd trot downstairs and measure the old one. But does anybody know the vitals on that stock FSA unit? I'm not lookin' to change anything, go to triple or whatever. I just want something more durable with the same sizing and all. TIA

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I'm not sure but I think Shimano's external cup bottom bracket also fits FSA cranks.
