rear wheel noise

I started hear/feel a ping from my rear wheel on my track bike. I am not a expert on wheels but from what i can tell there isn't a a loose spoke and the wheel is true? Does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this problem?

You can also lube where the spokes cross. This will sometimes eleminate some noise.
