Avid BB mechanical diskbrake FRONT only Manitou forks?

OK folks, I screwed up: I bought a pair of Avid BB Mechanical Diskbrakes, front and rear. Except, the front calipers are for Manitou forks only - i.e. POST mount only! And, of course, I noticed this only when I had the bloody things in my hands!

I'm mad as hell. What the heck am I gonna do NOW? I can find plenty of post-to-IS adapters (so if you got a manitou fork, you can install normal IS2000 diskbrake calipers), but not the other way around. I would feel like a tool if I had to replace my front fork just to accomodate the ****ing diskbrake.

Help? I'm deperate here - next move is, caliper flies outta window.

Every Avid BB7 I have bought comes with the adapter in the box. Normally you have to specify whether you want the brake for the rear or front in order to get the correct adapter. Take a deep breath, then go back to the place you bought it and tell them a piece was missing.

Well, the item description does mention that it's for Manitou forks only.

According to this you just need the I.S. mount. If yours doesn't have one I am sure your LBS can get you one or call Avid (Sram) and talk to them.

After doing some looking I think all you need is the I.S. mount that Avid makes. Here is an example but you might be able to find them somewhere else.

I found the the IS mount I need, but as usual, living in Europe has it's drawbacks... Why is everything cool sold in the US? Seriously, if one wants to buy, say, a medium size Tesla transformer, you can in the US but no can do in the EU. Same thing with this IS mount.
