Chain: Are SRAM PC951 links compatible with my PC991 chain?

I screwed up a couple of links on my PC991 chain and I have pieces of my relatively new PC951 chain. Can I use some of the PC951 links to replace the damaged PC991's?

They're both from the same bike.

I'm not 100% positive, but 9xx series chains are probably dimensionally the same, and if so, they should be mechanically compatible. I believe the difference between the 951/971/991 is the finish.
