Bad back wheel

OK, my rear wheel won't make contact with the bearings for pedaling... (pedaling... this is the right forum, right?)
I pedal and pedal, but the chainwheels spins, and the wheel won't.... What do I do? Shoulkd I buy something? I don't want to spend more than $30 if I can help it...

Sounds like something that I experienced a while back - see https://www.bikeforums.net/bicycle-mechanics/207944-stuck-neutral.html where I got some helpful advice that worked. Cost = free if you have a can of wd-40 hanging around.

Not sure what this means. You need to give us more information or a better description of your problem. Vague and general = not good.

When you turn the crank the cogs at the frount wheels spin which moves the chain which is conected to the cogs at the back that spin but the wheel dose not spin.
Is this correct? Your post is a little vauge.
If so it sounds like your freewheel may be bug$*red.

Take off your back wheel and lay it across a trash can cog side up. Get some spray lube and spray it around the little gap in your freewheel. Wait for about 5 minutes and try to spin your freewheel backward with your hand. My guess is that'll fix it.
