Man, you guys are mean! Funny, but mean

I wear one when riding. I started riding regularly again 3 years ago at age 49, and I was somewhat out of touch with my body. So the heart rate monitor allowed me to figure out how hard to work to get decent cardiovascular exercise without overdoing it. I still wear it, although now I pretty much know what it's going to tell me without looking at it.

Sorry for the diversion; back to the ridicule!

Not all of us (including myself) have good command of spelling, I think we all knew what the OP meant.

So far, I'd say this has all been done in good humor. Hopefully, the OP sees it that way, too.

Hearth rate monitors are good if you do hearth rate training. Otherwise I don't see why you need one. Do you race?

And what good would that do in this case? Hearth is spelled correctly. It's just not the intended word...
