Centaur compact crank question

Is there any compatibility issues using a Centaur compact crank with Campy 9 speed?

none........I'm using them on my old 8 speed Record.
Also, your current front derailleur will work just fine.

Absolutely not. Just need to lower the derailleur on the seat tube, re-adjust cable and tension, and perhaps reset limit screws.
