Do I need the $100 Park tool to do that, or can I just use two washers and a threaded bolt?

That's for pressing in the headset. To do what he did, no you don't need Park's headset facer (like $300), you just need a chisel and a hammer!

The name you're looking for is Bikelangelo. And yes, I'm still around!
And I do happen to have a Lizard handy.

Are you still selling the faces and lizards? First shop I worked at we sold them and I havent really seen them since that was like 12-13 years ago. Still have one of my lizards although he's missing a couple appendages.
