Nashbar integrated BB tool

This is the same as the Park Tool BBT-9, isn't it?

I have a Giga X Pipe and an Ultegra 10 speed BB to remove.

I believe the Park tool has 360 degree engagement, while the Nashbar tool is open for about 70-135 degrees. I purchased the Nashbar and removed a Raceface BB and installed a Shimano Hollowtech II with it, no problems, worked great.
