Inter-M Roller Brake Assembly

Hello everyone -- a friend of mine disassembled his inter-M brake. He said that when he took it off the hub (Nexus 8) it just fell apart. And to be honest, I have no idea how that happened or how he took it apart.

I also can't find any assembly instructions on Shimano's website (other than how to install). I've got the everything together except for the plate that goes around the three shoes and locks to the hub. The problem is, there seems to be two tabs protruding from the carrier that prevents the drum from sliding in with the limited space available.

Once I figure out how it goes together, I'll clean everything off and then re grease with their brake lube....

Thanks
