Velocity Deep V Rims and Rim Tape Width (10 or 16mm)

Which tape width is recommended for Velocity Deep V rims? (or in my case, Xero Lite XR1 which are rumored to use Deep V rims)

I'd be using Velox of course, but the rims have a 1cm "trough" where the holes are so i'm not sure which tape width to use...

[search brought up nothing specific really, and in reality i've already installed the 10mm tape on the wheels and they've held up fine so far for the last 100 miles or so of riding but i'm wondering if i should just replace the tape with 16-17mm stuff just to be safer... also this thread would be good for future references and searches for others.]

[and yes, i know i could just go and measure myself, but i never think of these questions at home but rather at work where i don't have access to my bike...]

I've built four Deep Vs, and all with 16mm tape. No curling on the edges or anything, but a better grip to fight exposure to the holes.
