Carbon Seat Post
A few weeks ago I replaced the seat post on my road bike with a carbon post. I started having some creaking in the bike and had the headset and BB both torn down and greased. That took care of most of the noise, but now I find the creaking is from the seat post. There are no cracks in it and it is tightened as light as possible to keep it from cracking or slipping. Other than living with the noise, is there anything that will help eliminate the creaking. My size may play a big part in the noise and I am working on that aspect.
Thanks in advance.

Loosen the seat binder bolt (the one that tightens the clamp that holds the seat rails), then put some blue Loctite (No. 242) on the seat rails/clamp where they contact each other, also on the seat binder bolt and the on the seatpost binder bolt -- the one that holds it tight in the seat post mast.

Thanks for the ideas. I tried to tighten the bracket for the rails again and that seems to be helping for now, but if it comes back soon I will try the above ideas.
