Bent caliper arm

I discovered, on a $20 Bridgestone Spica I am rehabbing, that the left arm of the Dia-Compe front brake caliper is bent forward probably .5-1 cm at the top of the arm (by the cable stop). Would it be possible to try to bend this back or will it snap off? The brake works ok as it is.

Hmm. Bending the bottom part of the arm is accepted practice for adjusting toe-in, so.... However, it's never that much. If you break it, you just get another Dia-Compe brake, right? A dime a dozen.
