Internal cable routing on Profile aero bars

I have a new set of T2+ clip on bars from Profile and I'm trying to figure out how the shift cables run through them. There is a hole on each of the bars on top, and another on the bottom. Should the cables run out of the back of the bars somewhere near the elbow pads? Where do I run my housing?

It depends which way up you prefer your shifters (top or bottom hole)
if the plug for the back of the bar has a slot in it then the cable is supposed to run all the way through, you should trim the bars if they extend too far back because the cables will have to make a sharp bend.

or just put the cables under the tape and do not internally route them at all.
