Accessory for braze on derailler

Being that I am updating a bike without the braze on for the front derailleur, is there any accessory that allows my to "clamp on" a braze on derailleur?

Yes, it's called a braze-on adapter.

I've used the Nashbar one and like it because of the extended slot - the clamp can stay in the same place while you adjust the height of the derailleur.
