Throwing Chain off the big ring

Hi everyone. I have a bit of an issue that I am hoping I could get some help on. As of late when I have been shifting up onto the big ring I am throwing the chain off the outside of the chain ring. This only started happening a couple of days ago and when I look down while pedaling it looks like my big ring is bent.. However, I have not done anything to the ring to bend it. I have not hit it in anyway nor has it bumped.

So, my question is 2 fold. First what could cause the ring to get bent without any sort of tramua applied to it? Second, how do I go about fixing it?

For reference it is an FSA SLK Carbon Crank w/ Look Keo pedals.

Thank you in advance for the help!

First check the ring bolts to make sure nothing is loose. If the ring is bent, you should probably replace, but could fix it with a mallet and some patience.

But it also sounds like you need to adjust the limit screws on your derailleur:

Good Luck.

It would probably bend back better with a chainring bending tool. If you dont have one, compare the price of the tool to the price of a new chainring before buying.
