3pc wont turn

Ok, so I searched the forums and google as well and haven't been able to find an answer as of yet. Maybe I wasn't using the right words. The problem is that my crank just wont turn when I tighten down the arm bolts. It takes excessive force to get it to turn at all. I'm just tryin to figure out what's causein the problem so I know what i'll need to order. Any help would be greatly appreciated! They're the Poverty POW by the way.

Try the BMX forum. BMX 3 piece cranks are much different from road bike and mountain bike stuff. You're likely to get a lot of advice here that doesn't apply to your situation at all.

Sounds like you're missing the spacer between the bearings.

Or it needs a spacer or two to go with it.
