Removing brifters question

I have Ultegra Flight Deck brifters and don't know how to remove them. (I'm swapping my handlebars.) Any advice?

Looks like the rubbery thing flaps up and there's a plastic square on the inside with two philips screws.

No. The clamp bolts are located to the outside faces of the bodies under the rubber hoods. You will see a groove in the body leading under the rubber. Follow the groove with a 5 mm hex wrench and unscrew the bolts to loosen the bodies.
