Tiagra front mech set up

From a comparative newbie...I have a set up with flight decks onto a 48-34 chainwheel. Foolishly, fiddled with it & now can't get it to shift. Could some kind person advise me on setting it up from scratch? Or point me in the direction of service sheets? Despite the above muck up, I am usually a competent mechanic, seems I am better with motorbikes than cycles!
Thanx

I'm not sure from you posting what you fiddles with, but follow this link, https://www.parktool.com/repair/byreg...mageField2.y=7, to the derailleur adjustments for front and rear derailleur. Loosen your cables before you start. Follow the instructions exactly, in the exact order and do every single step; don't make any assumptions. Good luck.
