Huffy one piece crank

I'm looking for a one piece crank for a x-mart special. The guy I was riding with stripped the threads on his and now only has one pedal and one good crankarm. any Ideas where to get a one piece crank. nothing on ebay, and the lbs doesn't open until late inthe afternoon. any suggestions? too bad QBP isn't available to the mass public.

Just replace it with an XTR crank.

Sorry, no idea.

I probably have what you need. Send me the distance between cranks, crank-arm length, and the diameter of the bearing cones. I have some good but used single piece cranks that should work.

you're gonna laugh, there's a salvage yard down the street. I went in, picked up about 5 or 6 frams with significant damage, but they had the part I needed, so I asked how much. They said one dollar!! I walked away laughing. I'll be going back. There's some kids in the neighborhood, who need pretty much the same parts.

Nicely done. That is recycling at it's finest.
