Kalloy Dual Bolt seatpost
Ok, this post has two bolts, one in front and one in back. You adjust the tilt by tightening one and loosening the other.
There's a third screw on top of the post that holds the base of the seat clamp to the main post.
Is that supposed to be tight or is it supposed to move?

But if I totally tighten down the top bolt, then wouldn't the torque be uneven between the other two? With it just a little loose, the base will move as I tighten and loosen the other bolts. Thjat way, the torque between the two will always be equal.

Scroll down to the SP-368. I just noticed that it doesn't even have the top bolt. The one I have is recessed down and it tightens the part that moves against the main part. I'm thinking that if I tighten it, it might cause the torque between the two bolts to be uneven, which I guess might be bad.
