Scraping sound from rear break on Specialized Globe.
What might I need to adjust on my rear break to fix the scraping sound when I apply pressure to the grip? There is no noise from either break when I'm riding, and the front break is silent when it is applied. Everything is clean; no gravel or grit between the break pads and tire rims. It sounds awful.
