9 speed chainrings on a 7 speed crank

I've got a bike with a 7 speed Exage crankset and Biopace rings. I've got some 9 speed 105 chainrings and I want to swap these out with the Biopace. Is there anything that would prevent me from doing this?

Assuming the BCD's are the same then it should work.
