Bike store employees: What kind of stuff never goes on sale?

I've got some points I've accumulated that I want to use. Would like to buy stuff that usually never goes on sale so I can turn around, craigslist it and convert it to cash. Unfortunately, I don't have enough for a new bike Thanks.

Now that you've established the financial element of your plan, it seems only reasonable to offer a percentage to those who give valid answers, no?

Sure. Please post your paypal address & I'll give you a cut.

I thought about Brooks saddles, since I've never seen those on sale, but this particular store doesn't carry them.

So you want to sell the stuff to people that are looking for $20 or free bikes at 30% of retail price. Sounds like a plan.

Why don't you buy stuff that's on sale and attempt to re sell it for closer to full price?

    Or something...

CL isn't the best place to sell from, IMHO. You should be better served using eBay at least.

Just make sure if using eBay to obtain a security key like this:

Its $5 to buy, free to use, and stops keyloggers cold, if your computer ever gets infected.
