Ergolever conversion
I have a 2004 chorus 10 sp. front ergolever (dbl)...can it be converted or "adapted" to accommodate a triple crank?

Campy ergos (non-QS) are both double and triple compatible. You shouldn't need to do anything (except maybe set the screws on the front derailleur).
Edit: Oops, my bad. The new QS (Centaur and down) front ergos will do both double and triple, but you don't get the same trimming positions as with the older ergos, i.e. they're more like Shimano STI's, where you can select from a limited number of position to be over the small/middle/large rings.
