CK Headset install
Can anyone tell me how the CK adaptors are used with a Park headset press? I've looked around and can't really find any good explanations.

There was a thread at some point that discussed the adapters, but I don't remember exactly how they work. The key point is that a CK headset has the cartridge bearings factory installed in the cups, and you don't want to press directly on the bearings as you press the cups into the frame. I used my trusty large bolt, washers, and nut to install my CK headset, no problems whatsoever. It's been on the bike for years now, I've never even had to adjust it (and it's on a mountain bike). The washers rest on the edge of the cups as you press them in, so there's no problem with the bearings being in the way-

Yeah, thanks. I've already got a press and the adators. I've put in headsets before, just moving my CK over to a new frame and haven't used the adaptors. Eseentially, I've got all the pieces of the puzzle but there's no picture on the box to show how everything goes together.
