    Stripped nipple--wheelbuilding advice

I'm buidling up a wheel and as I was finishing picked up the wrong size spoke wrench and rounded off the corners of one of the nipples. I can loosen that nipple now but can't tighten it any further. I want to replace the nipple but wondering if I should back off the tension on all the other spokes or is ok just to loosen that one spoke and replace the nipple. I'm concerned loosening only the one spoke will put some kind of unnatural tension on the spokes around it. The wheel is nearly done so the spokes are almost at max tension. Anyone else been in this situation?

I did that once with my first build. Just used my screwdriver to back the nipple out and placed another one in.

Not a big deal, and the wheel came out fine.
    Good night...and good luck
