26.4 stem, 26 bar?

Hi, I'm wondering if a 26mm handle bar will fit a 26.4mm clamp stem. I am having a heck of a time finding a 26.4mm handle bar but found lots of 26mm.

thanks,
Tyler

I guess you could use .2 mm shim stock to take up the slack but 26.0 mm stems are readilly available too and that would be a better choice. The 26.4 mm size was pretty much limited to Cinelli and even they stopped making them several years ago.
