Compact front der with triple crankset?

Has anyone done this? Will it work? I know that the curvature for the compact is accentuated, but am not sure how that would affect it with a triple.

I'm highly skeptical, but you might as well try it out. FDs are cheap, so you can always buy a triple FD.
