Diadora shoe spare parts

I have searched the Web a fair bit, and can't find anyone who sells spare parts for Diadora shoes. In particular, the ratchet strap for the MICRO CL buckle. Anyone?

Seems like this is the page you need:

http://www.garrisonsportsgroup.com/c...stomerservice/

and that this is the link you need:

http://www.garrisonsportsgroup.com/c...ce/contact.asp

Now ... no more excuses. Get back out there and RIDE

EDIT: I found another possibility:

http://www.diadora.com/instradatore/contact_en.phtml

Good luck!

Thanks. But I must admit that the tennis links had me fooled.

Forget about Diadora's customer service; I am trying to get replacement cleat-mounting plates (mine cracked!) for my Piccante MTB shoes and the silence is deafening.

Update time:

I called Diadora's U.S. distributor and they said parts can be ordered through any Cannondale dealer.

Here's hoping!

OK, I finally got a chance to run by my closest Cannondale shop, Helen's on Broadway & 26th in Santa Monica. I explained what I wanted and how Diadora said to go to a C-dale dealer. The guy takes me to their shoe section, rummages around behind the display for a few minutes and comes up with a package containing the exact parts I needed.

"No charge," he said. "We always have a few of these laying around."

Turns out Shimano SPD cleats come with new backing plates for shoes that need them, and when the shop fits a set to shoes that do not they have the plates left over.

I know this may not help your quest for a new buckle, but I can't help think of all the anti-LBS threads running around out there.

Good bike shops rock.

Tnaks for the link!

I have now visited three Cannondale stores, and none have any Diadora parts "yet".

The distributor didn't say the dealers would necessarily stock the parts, only that they could order them.

That link looks promising, though; good show, Soil Sampler.

I can't tell if Diadora itself has gone bust or what- Cannondale dealers certainly don't sell parts for them.. It seems like the place for parts is Trialtir U.S.A., Inc, 5800 Windfern Lane, Houston, TX 77041 Phone 1-888-867-4334 (713) 690-9413
