Plastic found inside my frame

I was peering down the seat-tube of my carbon fiber raodbike frame while washing it today and noticed something I had not seen before in the two years I've owned the bike. There was some remnants of what looked like a clear plastic bag in there. I was able to fish it out and sure enough it looked like someone stuffed a plastic bag down the seat-tube. I have some theories as to what this might be but would like to hear other people's opinions. Could it be?:

[1] The leftovers of a bag of illegal drugs and my bike was a "carrier"?

[2] Someone's old sandwich wrapper from an assembler on their lunch break at the factory?

[3] The remnants of the bladder used during the molding process?

At anyrate, I was only able to get most of it out but not all. The next time I do a BB service, I'll probably be able to extract the rest.

Hmmmm... I think the only time I let it out of sight was in your presence.

Maybe you should put a lighter to the seat tube and smoke it

Seriously, though, the whole thing sounds strange, but strange things happen in this life... my guess is it was accidentally or lazily left there during fabrication.

That may not be the best idea if it turns out really be a colostomy bag!

Nope... it's definately plastic. I yanked quite a bit of it out. I'll ask my mechanic who originally assembled the bike at the shop if he noticed it and knows anything about it. He has the same bike frame as I do too. Perhaps he was the one who put the plastic in there for some unbeknownst reason.

Aegis Aro Svelte. The process as defined by them I believe involves three inflation bladders.
