Nitto Help

I am just about to order a new Nitto Pearl stem from Japan.
I think I remember reading that Nitto size their stems differently from other manufacturers.
Is this correct and if so what size do I need to order to correspond with a conventionally sized 110mm stem.

I doubt there's any diff. I own a couple of different styles of Nitto stems.
