Chain rubbing tire

I have finally gotten around to some maintenance needed on my bike. I replaced the chain, adjusted the rear derailer (removed and cleaned/lubed it) and when flipping through gears I noticed when on the first(lowest) chain ring and first cog gear, the chain rubs against the tire lightly.

I am not sure if it is a big deal, and seeing that theres nothing I can d about it as the wheel is in alignment and true I might leave it be....unless you guys know something I don't.

Is the rear wheel sitting straight in the frame? e.g not closer to one side of the bike (chainstay) than the other?

That's very odd. 3 possibilties:
1) Your frame is tweaked
2) Your tire is wider than the bike was intended for
3) Your bottom bracket spindle is too short.

You need to give us more pictures.
in particular of the crank towards the back, and the rear cassette/freewheel towards the front.

Will do, charging my camera's batteries now. The new wheel set might be doing it? I'll have pictures galore once the batteries are ready...
