brake help

brakes will not auto release... i have to push them back after i use them. what could the problem be?
already tried putting more tension on the springs, not sure of what else i can do.

Take the cable off the brakes and check each part of the system.

1) verify that the brake levers are releasing

2) Check that the brake cable housing isn't dragging

3) Be sure that the arm pivots aren't binding.
