Time RXS pedals - Q factor

Hi guys!
I'm currently riding on Look Keo Classic pedals on an campagnolo ultra-torque crank, which is quite narrow; too narrow for my knees. If I adjust the cleats to the outermost position, so that I have my feet wider apart, my knees are OK.

I'm buying a new pair of pedals and I am considering the Time RXS pedals. I've read that they have an adjustable Q-factor. Before I make a purchase, I would like to know, exactly how do you adjust the Q-factor and does it allow you to have your feet wider apart than on Look Keo's ?

Best Regards
George

Q-Factor Adjustment
RXS pedals allow adjustment of lateral foot position. Q-factor adjustment makes it possible to move your feet 2.5 mm closer to the cranks. This is accomplished by switching the right and left cleats on the shoes.

Thanks, somehow my search engine didn't find that page...
It says: "Q-factor adjustment makes it possible to move your feet 2.5 mm closer to the cranks". Actually I am interested in moving my feet further away from the crank.

I've just measured my Keo's and the distance from the crank to the center of the pedal is 53mm. Does anyone know, what that distance is for the Time (RXE/RXS) pedals?

Best Regards

speedplay

Get some Speedplays with a longer pedal axle.

The pre-RXE/RXS Time Impact pedals are 53mm to center, if that helps?
