HED Hub Spacers
Hey y'all.
Please see the two attached photos. The first is a HED Jet 60 rear wheel with Campy cassette that seems to be working great. The other photo is a HED Jet 90 with which I'm having some trouble.
On the Jet 90, there is an extra silver spacer on the non-drive side. It means that the smallest cog on the 10-speed cassette is shifted closer to the drive-side drop-out and that the chain rubs on the frame.
Can the spacer be safely removed?
Thanks,
Bryan

HED makes their own hubs. Contact them and ask why the chain is so close that it rubs. You will probably have to add a spacer somewhere on the drive side.
