Magura HS77's, Disc Brakes

Here's a weird question. Is it possible to use the old Magura HS77 hydraulic road brake levers (originally designed for rim brakes) with hydraulic disc brakes? If so, could you detail the specifics of this set up and any modifications? Let me also say that I am aware of BB7s and I really don't like mechanical disc brakes.
