I'm in the market for a new Bike Stand to do my repairs on my Road Bike.

Chrome Park double arm shop stand with a 100 pound base. I paid $100 used from a shop years ago. Pretty sure new they are a few hundred. For home you cant go wrong with the Park race stand or the Tacx workstand. I like the forkmounted types because of all the fragile seatposts and such on bikes now.
