Track Ends with Gears

Would there be any issues if you had track ends for a geared bike?

The lack of a derrailleur hanger. Assuming that you don't go with an internally geared hub.

Totally doable. Use a derailleur with a claw. Not much different from older road semi-horizontal dropouts.

The problem you will have is the lack of cable stop braze-ons. You'll have to get creative.
