Sheared off Derailleur Hanger?

I was given a Klein Quantum frame yesterday. It's in decent shape except for the fact that the dérailleur hanger has been sheared off. Is there any way to repair this?

I think I could make a single speed out of it still, but If there is any way to fix it, I'd love to investigate it.

Thanks.

Have read of people getting a stainless hanger and bolting it to frame. Never seen it done.

You can check with these folks. They may have something that will work for you.

It appears those folks specialize in replaceable derailleur hangers. I believe the bike in question does not use a replaceable hanger.

I think the frame is just a candidate for a singlespeed project at this point. This does make a good case for replaceable derailleur hangers. I really like Klein frames-

+1 to claw derailleur. You should be able to make it work.

Better yet, just get a Rohloff.

Or an eccentric hub if you want to SS it. The claw won't work with a vertical dropout.

Thank you. I'm going to try the Santana approach.

If and when you get this fixed, you might invest in one of these?
