Building up an S-22 frame (my first build)

Hello all,

Im new to the forum, but the information here has been very helpful so far.

I recently purchased a 2007 Felt S-22 frame off of ebay, and am having some difficulty selecting a headset.
The specs for the bike from felt show a FSA 1" integrated headset. The bike also ships with a 1" steerer on the felt fork. The inside diameter of the head tube measures 1 1/2 inches with a beveled lip recessed 1/8 inch into the tube.

I was planning to purchase a fork, and a cane creek headset (also from ebay) but the variety of choices has me a bit confused. There are many models to choose from, and I am not sure what to pick.

I think I am looking for a 1" integrated headset from cane creek.

Does threadless = integrated ? ( like a cane creek S2 headset )
or
Does the headset need to specifically say integrated ( like the model IS-2 )
or
Do I need something like a zero stack?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rooster

Integrated means the headset sits fully inside the head tube. The specs for your bike call for a FSA integrated headset so I'd go that route. 1" integrated headsets are quite rare so I doubt you will have much choice.
